Frequently asked questions

Questions about RealtySlate integrations

What does RealtySlate integrate with?

RealtySlate connects to QuickBooks Online for commission and agent billing accounting; Google Drive, Dropbox and Microsoft OneDrive for automatic transaction document backup; Google Calendar, Outlook and any iCalendar application for deadlines and appointments; MLS IDX feeds over RESO Web API or RETS for brokerage websites; and your own systems through a documented REST API and signed outbound webhooks.

Do integrations cost extra?

No. Every integration is included in RealtySlate at no additional charge. Third parties may charge for their own services, but none of the connections listed here carry a RealtySlate fee.

Who can set up an integration?

An authorized company administrator, from the Connections area. Calendar sync is the exception and is set up by each individual agent, because it writes into their personal calendar.

Does RealtySlate read data back from these services?

No. Every integration listed here is one direction, out of RealtySlate. Nothing in your QuickBooks, your Drive or your calendar is read back into RealtySlate or changed by it.

What if the tool we use is not listed?

RealtySlate has a documented REST API and signed outbound webhooks, so anything that can speak HTTP can be connected — directly, or through an automation platform such as Zapier, Make, n8n or Power Automate.

Can we disconnect an integration later?

Yes, at any time, from the same screen it was connected on. Data already delivered stays where it is, because it belongs to your brokerage.
