Brokerage-to-agent billing is separate from RealtySlate's own per-user subscription billing. The two are never mixed.

Collect Agent Fees by Card and Bank Transfer
RealtySlate bills your agents for desk fees, E&O, technology charges and one-off items, collects payment by card or bank transfer, and can post each invoice into QuickBooks as income owed by that agent. Brokerage-to-agent billing is kept entirely separate from what the brokerage pays for RealtySlate itself.

Frequently asked questions
Questions about the Stripe integration
Can I bill my agents through RealtySlate?
Yes. Create charge types for desk fees, E&O, technology and anything else, assign them to agents as recurring or one-off charges, and collect by card or bank transfer.
Does agent billing appear in QuickBooks?
It can. Switch on agent billing in the QuickBooks connection and each agent invoice posts as a QuickBooks invoice owed by that agent as a customer, against the income account you choose.
Is brokerage-to-agent billing the same as my RealtySlate subscription?
No. They are deliberately separate. What you charge your agents and what you pay for RealtySlate are different systems and different records.
